Scott Kollins explained to me that he creates these prelims and then tightens them up for publication. This is a great image featuring the Flash and his entire cast of Villains. Even as a prelim this is a tight illustration and a great showcase of Scott’s talent. It is also signed by the series writer Geoff Johns.
