This beautiful cover recreation was penciled and painted (water color) by legendary artist Joe Giella. Its a big size, on a 12×18 sheet. Giella is widely known for his work at DC, and he had a long run on The Flash with Carmine Infantino. He was one of the artist who worked on the classic Flash #123 (Flash of Two Worlds) back in the silver age! Even though he isnt credited for doing the cover on any third party labels, Giella says he did actually work on the cover. I know because I spoke to his art rep. Timely payments can be discussed.
