It features the classic Deadpool #1 cover image by the legendary Geof Darrow (but please note that this item is printed, it is not the hand-drawn artwork). Please note that this is NOT a mass-produced print or lithograph. It is a production art cover that is created during the production process for the book. Geoff Darrow is one of the most legendary Modern Age artists in comics, with a long history of classic work on Shaolin Cowboy, Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot, Dark Horse Presents, Godzilla, City Of Fire, Hard Boiled, and many other titles. These are classic images featuring Deadpool, who since his introduction in New Mutants #98 has become one of the most popular characters in comics, now extending into movies with the blockbuster success of the Deadpool and Wolverine movie. The piece measures approximately 13 1/4″ by 14″, and is in very good condition, but please note that the edges were irregularly cut, which does not really show in the scan.
