This is an original , signed oil painting on canvas-covered board from a listed artist: George Oberteuffer. Pauls Cathedral in the background. There is a pencil written note on the reverse , reads: Landscape # 1 – St. (according to similar auctions). Would be a great investment! The condition is very good to it’s age.
